Do products purchased on Apos Audio have a warranty?

All products purchased on Apos Audio include a standard 1st-year manufacturer's warranty as well as the Apos Audio 2nd Year Warranty.

Apos Audio One-Year Transferable Warranty

As the authorized US retailer for the products we carry, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. That's why we offer free second-year transferable warranty coverage on top of the manufacturer's first-year limited warranty.

Apos Certified

Apos Certified are refurbished items ready for a second life with a new owner. They’ve been certified by us as high-quality like-new products. They’re final sale and carry an Apos Certified One-year Warranty.

Apos Specials are brand new, final sale products exclusively available only on Apos Members Aisle.

Apos Certified One-Year Warranty

If your item malfunctions through regular wear-and-tear within the first year of ownership, we’ll be responsible for the repair and/or replacement. All you have to do is reach out to our Support Team to begin the process.

Do You Ship to Canada?

Yes! We work with Canada Post and 4PX as our primary Canadian courier partner.
