Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All U.S.-bound orders qualify for free shipping, except in the following cases:

• The checkout total (before any applicable taxes) is below $10.00.
  • In this case, shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions.
• The product or checkout page for the unit explicitly indicates otherwise.

Tariffs and duties:

For orders shipping within the U.S., Apos will cover all applicable import duties/tariffs. These are fees we do not want to pass along to our customers. The total displayed and paid at checkout is the final cost.

Shipping delays:

Travel times can vary based off where the product is originating from. After an order is fulfilled, you will be automatically sent a shipping confirmation and tracking info. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Address accuracy & reshipment responsibility:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can assist before it ships. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been fulfilled.

Partial shipments:

Items in the same order may ship separately if they originate from different locations. Separate tracking information will be provided when applicable. This will not affect your total shipping cost or eligibility for free shipping.
