What products qualify for international shipping?

  • All mechanical keyboard products and accessories will qualify. This includes keyboards, keycaps, desk mats, switches and stabilizers.
  • Ray tubes and Flow cables will also be eligible.

  • Apos Certified Refurbished products are not eligible for international shipping


Shipping fees for international orders

  • Shipping fees will be based upon the total weight of the order. Please refer to the following graph for rates:

Duties/Taxes

  • Any international order will be responsible for all duties and taxes paid before being shipped. We do not control these fees. There will be some instances, however, where duties may be free and we encourage the customer to check before placing an order. 
  • If a package is refused, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.


Returns and items that are defective on arrival (DOA)

  • Make sure it qualifies and meets the following criteria for DOA:
    • The defective product is otherwise in complete and like-new condition.
    • All of the product’s original packaging is in complete and like-new condition.
    • Everything that came with the product is included within the original packaging. This includes manuals, power cords, and shipping components.
  • Submit a DOA request:
    • A DOA request must be made to the Apos Support Team within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
    • To expedite this process, please be sure to include a detailed description of the issues as observed. Visual aids such as pictures and videos are welcomed and appreciated.
  • Send it back to us
    • The customer is responsible for paying all fees and shipping, including both return labels. 


Warranties

  • Warranties for international orders will follow Apos' one year warranty guidelines, with the exception that the customer will be responsible for any fees and all shipping costs.
