Our 12-month limited warranty ensures that if any factory defects arise within the first 12 months of ownership, we'll be responsible for the repair and/or replacement of your vacuum tube. We're committed to making sure your listening experience is as smooth as possible.

Here's how it works:

If your vacuum tube malfunctions due to a factory defect within the first 12 months of ownership, all you have to do is reach out to our Support Team to initiate the process. We'll guide you through the steps to ensure your issue is handled efficiently and effectively.

Please note, this warranty is limited to factory defects, meaning any issues that arise from the manufacturing process. It doesn't cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
