How long does shipping take?

As soon as the courier picks up the shipment from our facility, our system would send out a shipment notification email including tracking information. However, it can take between 24 - 48 hours for couriers to start updating the status.

Can Apos Audio ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Where orders are shipped from typically depends on the order.Regardless of the location where your order is fulfilled, an appropriate shipping method would be selected to ensure the order arrives <a class="intercom-content-link" href="https://help.apos.audio/en-US/how-long-does-shipping-take-29445">within the timeframe</a> shown at check out.&#xA0;In the case where your order is fulfilled by our Shenzhen warehouse, Apos Audio would be responsible for the US importation declaration, documentation, and all the associated fees. There will not be any extra fee needed at delivery, and you would receive the shipment just like any other domestic shipment.&#xA0;For Canada bound shipments, the receiver will be listed as the importer of the shipment.
