How long does shipping take?

Our goal is to get your items to you quickly. We use different shipping companies, depending on the size and the weight of your shipment, as well as your shipping address.

Why am I not seeing shipment updates on my order?

As soon as the courier picks up the shipment from our facility, our system would send out a shipment notification email including tracking information. However, it can take between 24 - 48 hours for couriers to start updating the status.

Can Apos Audio ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses is only available with standard shipping.

Where do orders ship from?

We operate multiple fulfillment facilities across the US as well as one in Shenzhen. Where orders are shipped from typically depends on the order.
