Until now, Apos has only shipped to customers living in the United States. But thanks to the incredible support of our Canadian customers, we’re now piloting a Canadian shipping program to serve our community living up in the Great White North.
Why a pilot program? With a pilot program, we can work closely with each order, assessing issues and working out kinks before moving to a permanent shipping program, which we plan to launch in the second half of 2021.
Additionally, We’ll be working with Canada Post as our primary Canadian courier partners. For Canada bound shipments, the receiver is responsible for the fees associated with the importation of the shipment into Canada, and it will be charged at check out.
If your purchase isn’t suitable, or if a repair or replacement is required, we ask that you please ship the product back to our Oakland, California facility. If you have any questions, please start a chat with our Support Team, who is always standing by to help.
