We recognize the importance of a customer-friendly return policy for audio products. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to test the equipment in a comfortable environment with music that you love before making the commitment.
1. After you have received your order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days.
2. Make sure it qualifies
The product you are returning must meet the following criteria to qualify:
- All the original packaging and the product are in their resellable condition.
- Everything that came with the products needs to be included within the original packaging.

Simply reach out to Apos Support, and our customer support team will be happy to facilitate!
In order for us to continue to offer our 30-day return policy to everyone, we are only able to allow a maximum of 3 return requests within a 12 month period.
Additionally, products with accidental damage are not eligible for return.
